The resort’s four on-property dining outlets are designed with guests’ preferences in mind. All-day dining restaurant OPEN serves international classics and local specialties, with an emphasis on freshness and healthy eating. Guests can dine indoors or al fresco while enjoying spectacular views. SIMMER features Sichuan hot pot cuisine, serving the region’s famed authentic flavors alongside a juice bar with a comfortable social setting. Named after an ancient Tibetan kingdom, XANG XUNG, showcases Tibetan specialties such as barbequed yak meat, buttered tea and highland barley wine, plated and served with extra sophistication. At JIU, the lobby lounge, guests can convene in a contemporary social hub that offers an a la carte menu of Western and Eastern favorites and sharing platters, as well as coffee, afternoon tea sets and a full-service bar with craft cocktails and imported wines and beers.
Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort is inspired by a luxurious blend of nature, modern design and Tibetan architectural accents.
